Admitted to the California Bar in 2021, representing both plaintiffs, defendants and cross-defendants in a diverse range of civil matters. With high regard for his clients' interests, he has obtained favorable judgments, consistently sought post-judgment remedies, and brought matters to a favorable conclusion by obtaining satisfaction of his clients' judgments. Mr. Mendelson maintains a broad-based practice derived from litigating in his private practice and at a boutique law firm, for a national privately-owned financial services company, and for a national mid-sized law firm with over 500 attorneys. In providing exceptional legal services for Borbely & Associate’s clients, Mr. Mendelson adds immense value among all practice areas, including Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Employment & Labor Law, Consumer Finance Litigation, Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Law, Professional Liability, Real Estate & Land Use, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Premises Liability.

Mr. Mendelson has maintained life-long, well established roots in the Bay Area, and is proud to commit his time and efforts to serve his community. He has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of a locally based non-profit, has tutored law students attending his alma mater, and is currently a Co-Vice President of the Board of Directors for a locally based non-profit that provides resources and programs for children with disabilities. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Mendelson was the Chapter President of the Barbri Bar Review, earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence - Top Oralist: Appellate Brief, and participated in two legal clinics working directly with clients under the supervision of an attorney.
