Licensed as a member of the State Bar of California since 1998, Mr. Chadic is also admitted to practice before all United States District Courts for the State of California. Mr. Chadic possesses extensive litigation and trial experience in construction matters, including lawsuits and disputes arising from construction defect, surety, and job site injury claims on commercial and high-end residential projects. He also has considerable litigation and trial experience representing litigants in premises liability claims, real property matters, and business disputes. Mr. Chadic has also acted as appellate counsel for both appellants and respondents for substantive and procedural matters on appeal. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Chadic represents and advises contractors and other business owners, and prepares contracts, leases, and other transactional and business documents.
Prior to law school, Mr. Chadic worked for construction companies in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Somalia in administrative, government formalities, and field supervision capacities.
